Your role : As a Sales Representative for Germany, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing our industrial customer portfolio across the German market.

You will strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities across a variety of industrial sectors, contributing to Finsa's long-term growth strategy.

You will be part of the Finsa BV sales office, located in Vlissingen (29 employees) and will operate autonomously within your assigned territory (Germany).

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective industrial customers across Germany.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to drive sustainable sales growth.
  • Manage key accounts by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions.
  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with industrials and selected business partners to expand market presence.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate sales projects and ensure effective account management (including accurate customer data, reporting)
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and pre-sales support to customers and business partners.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives for key accounts, contributing significantly to regional performance and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements to identify new opportunities and adapt commercial strategies.
  • Represent Finsa at trade fairs, industry events, and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including production, logistics, product specialists, marketing, and sales -to deliver a coordinated, customer-focused approach to business development and sustainable growth.

Minimum requirements

Key skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred).
  • Proven sales experience within the wood industry, particularly in raw materials and panel products for manufacturers and carpenters and/or in the construction project sector, is an advantage.
  • Fluency in German is essential; a good command of English or Spanish is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Germany, the Netherlands and Spain (trainings and meetings).
